Return policy.

Right of withdrawal, conditions and procedure for returning purchased products.

1. Right of withdrawal

According to Romanian Government Ordinance 34/2014, as a consumer natural person you have the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 calendar days from the product receipt date, without needing to justify the decision.

The 14-day period begins on the day you physically take possession of the product (or the last product, if the order contains multiple items delivered separately).

2. Who can return

The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers who are natural persons purchasing products for personal, not professional, purposes.

For legal entities (companies), the right of withdrawal does not apply under law, but we may accept returns under certain individually agreed conditions. Contact us for details.

3. Products that cannot be returned

According to law, the following products are exempt from the right of withdrawal:

  • Products cut or custom-made to order (custom dimensions)
  • Products that have been unsealed or used
  • Products which, by their nature, can no longer be returned (e.g., products at risk of contamination)

For yarns, cords and fabrics sold by meter or kilogram, withdrawal applies only if the product is returned in the original packaging, unused and without traces of use.

4. How to withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal, follow these steps:

Step 1: Notify us

Send us a notification within 14 days from receiving the product, at:

Mention:

  • The order number (format CAV-YYYY-NNNN)
  • The products you want to return
  • The reason (optional, not mandatory)

Step 2: Send the product

After our confirmation, ship the product within 14 days to the address:

The product must be:

  • In the original packaging (if possible)
  • Unused and without traces of damage
  • Accompanied by the original invoice or fiscal receipt

Step 3: You receive the refund

After receiving and verifying the product, we refund the paid amount within 14 calendar days, using the same payment method as at ordering:

  • For orders paid by bank transfer, we refund by bank transfer to the account from which you paid
  • For orders paid by cash on delivery, we refund by bank transfer to the account indicated by you

5. Return shipping cost

The cost of returning the product is borne by you, except when the product is defective or does not match the order (see section 6).

We recommend using a courier with delivery confirmation to avoid package loss.

6. Defective or non-compliant products

If the received product is defective, damaged or does not match the order description, you can contact us within 2 years from receipt (legal warranty of conformity).

In this case:

  • The return cost is borne by us
  • We offer replacement with an identical product or full refund
  • The resolution timeline is maximum 30 days from notification

Please document the defect with photos and send us the information by email.
