The website cavvas.ro is operated by CAVVAS LIMITED SRL, with registered office at Str. Fermei Nr. 7, Gilău 407310, Cluj county, Romania, registered at the Cluj Trade Register Office, unique fiscal registration code RO30117828.

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using the cavvas.ro website, you automatically accept the terms and conditions below. These terms apply to all users of the site, including those placing orders. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website.

The website may contain links to other sites that do not belong to us. We assume no responsibility for the content or terms of other websites.

3. Use of the website

Access to the site is free. By using it, you agree to:

• Use the site for personal or legitimate business purposes, respecting applicable law
• Not copy, distribute or reproduce content (text, images, video) without our written consent
• Not modify, disable or interfere with the operation of the site
• Not use automated programs or applications to access the site for spam, scraping or attacks
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information when placing orders

You are solely responsible for the activity conducted on this site. We reserve the right to suspend access for any user who violates these terms.

4. Products and prices

Products displayed on the site are available while stocks last. Images are for illustrative purposes and may show slight variations from the delivered product (color shades, natural textures).

Prices are expressed in lei (RON) and include VAT. Prices may be modified at any time, but orders already placed are honored at the price at the time of placement.

Certain products are sold in minimum quantities and sale multiples specified on the product page. Orders must respect these limits to be processed.

5. Orders and confirmation

You can place orders on the site without creating an account. Upon completing your order, you receive a unique order number (format CAV-YYYY-NNNN) and the confirmation page with details.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the following situations:

• The product is no longer available in stock
• The displayed price was incorrect (e.g., technical error)
• The information provided is incomplete or incorrect
• There are justified suspicions of fraud

In all cases of cancellation, we contact you as soon as possible, and if you have already paid, the refund is made in full.

6. Payment methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on delivery (COD): pay the courier upon receiving the package, in cash or by card POS (if the courier has a terminal)
• Bank transfer: you receive bank details on the order confirmation page. The order is shipped after payment confirmation (max. 2 business days after receiving the amount)

Bank details for transfer are displayed on the success page after order placement. Mention your order number in the reference field, otherwise the payment cannot be identified.

7. Delivery

Delivery is made by standard courier throughout Romania. The delivery cost is 25 RON, fixed, regardless of order value.

The estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days from order confirmation (or payment confirmation, for bank transfers). Times may vary depending on the zone and product availability.

At delivery, the courier will contact you by phone. It is your responsibility to provide a valid phone number and be available at the delivery address.

For large orders (B2B) or special deliveries, contact us for a custom offer.

8. Invoicing

We issue a fiscal invoice for every order, according to the details provided at checkout. For legal entities, you must complete the company name, VAT ID and trade registry number.

The invoice is sent by email or together with the products, depending on the selected option.

9. Right of withdrawal

According to Romanian Government Ordinance 34/2014, as a consumer natural person you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from receiving the product, without needing to justify the decision.

10. Warranty and conformity

All products sold have a legal warranty of conformity of 2 years from the delivery date, according to Romanian Law 449/2003 on the sale of products and associated warranties.

The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects, but does not cover:

• Normal product wear
• Damage caused by improper use
• Modifications made by the client to the product

11. Intellectual property rights

The content of the site (texts, images, logos, design) is the property of CAVVAS LIMITED SRL or used with the consent of the rights holders. Copying, reproduction or use for commercial purposes without our written consent is prohibited.

12. Limitation of liability

CAVVAS LIMITED SRL is not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use or impossibility of use of the site. We assume responsibility only within the limits of applicable law.

The information presented on the site is informative. We make efforts for its accuracy, but we are not responsible for errors, omissions or changes in product specifications.

13. Disputes and applicable law

This contract is governed by Romanian law. Any dispute arising from the use of the site or from contracts concluded will be resolved amicably, and in the absence of agreement, will be subject to the jurisdiction of Romanian courts.

For consumers who are natural persons, you can also turn to the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC): anpc.ro, or the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

14. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. New terms become applicable from the moment of publication on the site. We recommend you check this page periodically.

For orders already placed, the terms in force at the time of placement apply.
